GoDaddy.com, LLC Scam/Fraud Revealed

What is Godaddy.com?

"Go Daddy is a privately held company that is generating scams and frauds on the Internet threw their Internet domains and web hosting company."


How did Go Daddy jump to the top all these years is a easy question, money and with Danica Patrick making sexual commercials. Yeah, nudity of women drags people in but for a web hosting company? When I call the support team about my website are they going to be naked taking my call?  they are hiding the real answer from the public.

Maybe you haven't heard about Go Daddy hacking into your cameras on your computer and capturing nudity of you and publishing it all over the Internet and putting them in there commercials without your permission. These are illegal acts of criminals and should be stood up to.

This Is My Story On How GoDaddy.com, LLC Scammed/Fraud Me.

The one thing that's not in this is that I got a $347.10 ticket from the police over the whole thing because Go Daddy demanded that I be prosecuted. Police nearly showed up at my place 2-3 times a week for a month because Go Daddy kept making up false accusations. I had more emails from Go Daddy support and from other @godaddy.com emails confirming I referred but police harassed me they be deleted to cover it up.
 


I referred 10 customers who bought 12+ new managed hosting plans from Godaddy.com (14months ago) and I emailed Go Daddy 2 weeks later at support@godaddy.com and I was moved to directaffiliates@godaddy.com, they told me that I did refer and they would be sending the $5,000 shortly, "He actually found more referrals on my account.(Proof of email below)" I waited 48 hours and I never got paid so I emailed them again, they told me to wait 5-7 business days for it to post to the original payment method and if I don't receive the payment to contact them back until resolved. I waited and didn't get anything.


I emailed support@godaddy back about the situation and Stephen P. , Mike P. and Christian P.  emailed me back saying "To wait 5-7 business days for it to post to the original payment method and if I don't receive the payment to contact them back until resolved." I waited and didn't receive anything. They then told me to contact Paypal and to confirm with them I didn't receive anything and forward the messages confirming I didn't receive anything.(Proof of email below) I contacted several different people from Paypal saying that "I did not receive anything from Go Daddy and to contact Go Daddy to see if they really did send anything or if they made it up.(Proof of email below)" I forwarded these emails to them and Go Daddy continued to say that there is no proof/evidence of it existing and to contact them with proof/evidence although I just gave it to them like 3 or more times.


Go Daddy support then emailed me saying "We will have to lock your account to investigate this issue." A week later I got a email saying it's been unlocked so I logged back into my account and Go Daddy support had deleted it off of my account and deleted other personal info such as my payment method. I then contacted them back to straighten it out, I called Marianne Curran and she told me "Sorry for the inconvenience we will pay you $1,000 every 2 weeks the payment is late." I then made a comment, Why don't you make it a month? She agreed. I said "OK, Thank you!" so I waited another 48 hours and they still didn't pay. I contacted them back again and they transferred me to the "Office of the CEO" They told me that they would be willing to work with me on this but wanted a screen shot of the account. I forwarded the emails from support and other @godaddy addresses to them and they refused that it was the truth and said that I lack of information and accordingly to the law you have to to have a screen shot of the account providing that you referred and the cash dollar amount before contacting them about getting paid. The CEO Team then said "We need to build a strong communication and relationship before any money can be sent out" I then waited 6 months and they wouldn't respond to any of my questions or concerns.


They continued to say they that all of the information and proof has been wiped out from existence. By that time it was 12 months in. I then called the Office of the CEO dozen of times. They would not answer or pick up, I left a message asking them to call me back. The Office of the CEO emailed me and wrote a letter saying that " I have been threatening, Abusive and demanding for money from "Mr. Parsons" and "Go Daddy" and that I am banned from Go Daddy and All Wild West Domains threw out the entire Internet and have to transfer domains within 30 days and that I will be crucified by law enforcement and Mr. Parsons.

"This was very shocking to hear since it's not true and I never threatened anyone. I was patient and kind willing to work this out."


This appears that Iv been scammed and lost a huge amount of time trying to resolve this with Go Daddy. In my opinion "I lost hard work bringing them customers and the money I was expecting for a long period." I also didn't know you can "Crucify someone and make law enforcement do that to someone."

I have talked to them on the phone other times and Go Daddy Support made comments such as "This phone call will not be recorded, if you dare to expose our company to the world we will prosecute you and kill you." "Hung Up" and another time saying "We will crucify you like our people did to Jesus."  I believe that they are mad and angry because they owe me money that they said they would pay and don't want to now. They are pinning Disturbing things on there customers about bombs and saying "Bob Parsons rapes 6yr old girls"..... these things are not OK!


The emails Go Daddy used in the official police report about their conversations are fake and made up, they no longer exist. How can they be trusted ??


When I transferred I had to choose which domains I wanted to keep, I left the domain I used to refer customers with "Millionairesocietymobile.com". Go Daddy threw the domain back out for anyone to buy after 3 weeks without investigating it and without resolving the situation. I believe that someone from Go Daddy's outpost in Redmond, WA hacked my email and pretended to be me so they could have someone to blame. The IP Address they provided associated with the messages came from 65.54.190.60 , I live in Wisconsin.

Conversation is covered up for protection and privacy and due to disturbing comments. Just showing to prove that the email address was used in the police report.

Your Go Daddy Direct Affiliate Program commission structure can be found in the GoDaddy Direct Affiliate Manager Information Center.  For more specifics on commissions see Section 5 of the Go Daddy Direct Affiliate Program Service Agreement

Please be aware that No. Section 3 of the Go Daddy Direct Affiliate Program Service Agreement specifically states that:

You are not eligible for a commission payment on purchases made by you, your employees, agents, representatives, or contractors…

In order to be eligible for commission, orders placed through your affiliate link must be placed from a customer account other than your own. As we checked, Go Daddy Direct Affiliate Program records has you successfully eligible and ready to be paid.

In order to provide furter support for this issue we will need to confirm and validate your account.   Please provide the full customer number associated to your Direct Affiliate account. Please also provide us with the 4 digit security pin that you created for your account. We can then address why we haven't paid you at that time.

I have referred 10 or more people buy a 12 + new managed hosting plan threw my affiliate link and i never got paid for it and it says i have $5,000 on the  Affiliate software, i know forsure they clicked and bought threw my affiliate link. Dustin,

We've taken a look at your Website builder page and it looks like many of the links on your home page, all but (Click and build your website, virtual dedicated servers, online storage, and dream design) are not functioning properly. We would suggest that you begin by recreating those links with code from the Go Daddy Direct Affiliate Manager. We do know by the data received you referred to that amount. But have no way, specifically, of tracking your personal data from your computer to ours, as the Go Daddy policy collects specific customer data for our records for the W-2 form.

Fortunately, we've logged all of the orders that have been linked to your account threw referrals, and that since the website builder collected very little required information on our policy to paying out to customers. We're certainly willing to work with you to come to some kind of resolution to this, but we're going to need a little more information.

You mention that some of the customers came from certain links you posted on Facebook and Twitter, if you could provide the information about the customers (First and last name, birth date, credit card numbers, etc...) that will give us more information to go on, we will look in to this and try to figure out what we can do to help you out.

I do know what i'm not eligible for thanks for repeating it lol.. but that's not my concern the people who bought threw my affiliate link were customers, i posted links on facebook, twitter and other sites and were referred threw those. I'm asking nicely if you would give me the commissions for the 10 customers i referred to you guys, i only know of the 10 so i can't be sure if anyone else did exactly

i know my website builder has been really messed up, it may be from that whole thing that happened awhile ago with your site being hacked, might be why i haven't received my commission

Dustin,
I have performed a few searches, and after plugging away with it i found 13 customers who you referred. Unfortunately, you lack of proof that you referred and without any information on them such as a screen shot, there’s not really anything I can do.
Your estimate amount for referrals is $8,000 and will be sent out shortly.  I’m seeing the orders that was placed near the end of July, 4 in middle of February, 5 in May and 3 end of May as having been referred from that site. By inconviencely, it’s possible that the sales were credited to another affiliate account.

I’m drawing at straws here, but I’m running out of options finding where the money was sent to.
